1. Drink water
2. Feel good that you avoided for 5 mins
3. Check if any pending phone call to be made
if you still feel like snacking
4. Take a walk for 5 mins
5. As you walk think about 3 reasons you want to lose weight
6. Listen to music or check your messages on your smart phone
if you still feel like snacking
7. Check if there are any pending items from Todo List
8. If you dont have a Todo list create one now
9. Can you take action on any one of the items on Todo List ?

10. Send a thank you note to someone
11. Check your email.
12. Watch an exercise video on youtube
if you still feel like snacking
13. Brush your teeth
14. Drink some water after brushing
15. Eat 3 peanuts / cashews to sustain for some time
if you still feel like snacking
16. Call your loved ones
17. Do Some household work, like laundry, cleaning
18. Clean your drawer.
19. Think what you would do if you would become slim
20. Take a bath/shower
