Leadership development training for executives

Over the period of year what has excited me as an executive is how to grow to next level. What is it that separates my colleagues who get promoted? , what gives them an edge?.    How can one go to executive level management and live the life of dreams ?

In my 20 years professional career with top multinational company, I have realized that soft skills are more important than technical skills once you cross the certain level of seniority in an organization. By soft skills I mean high impact communication skills, conflict resolution skills, having difficult interactions and dealing with difficult people,  leading by example and so on.
